Our website is intended for use by individuals over the age of 18 who are interested in learning more about the mortgage lending process and who are exploring a potential transaction with us regarding real property located within the state of Colorado.  Our website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without the permission of a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 13.

Furthermore, if you choose to start the process of applying for a mortgage loan, we may collect personal information from certain third party data sources, such as credit reporting agencies, the Internal Revenue Service, the Social Security Administration, your financial institution(s), or your employer(s), as may be required in connection with processing your mortgage loan application.

IP ADDRESS INFORMATION

An IP address is a unique number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Internet. Your IP address may be collected by third party service providers. If you have an account on our website and request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not otherwise associate any personal information to your IP address.

COMMENTS

When you leave a comment on our website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.  An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.  The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.  After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other users of our website may be able to download and extract location data from images on our website.

This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited.  It expires after 1 day.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND OTHER GOOGLE SERVICES

 If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.  For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.  All users can see, edit, or delete the personal information maintained in their user profile at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
