Of my 30 years financing real estate, I served for 15 years as a Private Banker and Private Mortgage Banker, servicing high-net-worth individuals and their families. As a result of this background, I specialize in working with clients who have highly complex financial situations. Over the years, approximately 75% of my clients have been self-employed, so I am uniquely qualified to assist entrepreneurs and business owners. I also offer highly specialized “out of the box” loan products that are offered to those who do not fit traditional financing.

On the personal side, I hold a BS in Political Science from DePauw University. Married for 25 years with one daughter, I have had English Setters for over 40 years and am active in the English Setter Rescue community. I serve as the President of the Niwot High School Education Foundation and I am a member of the Women’s International Niwot Club. When I’m not working, I love to hike in the mountains with my family and dogs!
