Building a referral-based business has given me the opportunity to focus on developing meaningful relationships with both my clients and business partners.
Relationships are built on trust, and often my first step is to invite my clients to meet in person so that we can fully explore the specifics of their individual situations. My goal is to listen, while also educating and empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions along the way. I pay particular attention to completing a thorough pre-qualification – by identifying any concerns up front, I am able to ensure a seamless transaction and confidently get to the closing table on time, every time. My previous work experience in the financial industry, together with my attention to detail, provide the foundation on which I build each of my clients’ personal analyses – looking at different scenarios and helping them select their best option. I love working with people, getting to know them individually, and seeing the joy that homeownership brings to my clients – which is, no doubt, one of the greatest rewards of my job.
I hold a BS in Finance and Business Management and have been married for 15 years with 3 children. I have a passion for running and enjoy participating in races throughout the year. My favorite race is the Bolder Boulder 10k, a race that I have run for the past 18 years – maybe I’ll see you on the course!
