Since launching my career in the mortgage business in 2005, I have focused my efforts on helping my clients make the tough decisions – not simply answering the question “How much of a loan can I qualify for?”, but instead working with them to think through their full range of options – ensuring the loan program we select is a good fit for their individual situations.
Evaluating options and making tough decisions begins with good communication. Maybe a little cliché, I know, but distilling the various options down into something that is actionable requires more than just analysis. It takes understanding the people on the other side, recognizing what is important to them and ensuring that we address any concerns that come up along the way. It also takes cutting through the industry jargon and bringing real world perspective to their situation – the kind of no-nonsense, practical advice that helps make a genuine connection and leads to enduring, long-term relationships.
I came to Colorado in 1996 to pursue my passion for the outdoors and now spend much of my free time skiing, handcycling, and traveling – often in connection with my racing calendar. I hold a BS in Environmental Science, several US National Handcycling Titles, a Silver Medal from the 2017 World Championships, and a Gold Medal from the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, UK.
