Amy Ivy

I began my career in lending more than 20 years ago and in that time I have worked with a wide range of clients. As a commercial lender, I helped clients organize financing for large scale multi-family residential projects, providing everything from primary mortgages to bridge and mezzanine project financing. I later transitioned from commercial to residential lending, opening the door to engaging with individual clients in a much more personal way. Leveraging my experience to help guide people through one of the most complicated (and exciting!) financial transactions of their lives is both a great honor and a humbling responsibility. I am fully committed to providing my clients and agent partners with education, transparency and the kind of uncommon client service that leaves a lasting impression. Whether buying, selling, or refinancing, I aim to provide the most thoughtful, effective service to help my clients achieve their goals.

Originally from Texas, I relocated to Denver 10+ years ago and most of my free time is now spent with my 3 kiddos and our rescue pup, Tula. My wife, Megan and I enjoy home renovation projects, having restored our 1920’s Park Hill bungalow as well as multiple investment properties. When the normal demands of life ease up, I enjoy a variety of activities including hiking, snowboarding, biking, camping, or experiencing a great meal (and maybe a drink) on a sunny patio with good friends — Anything that affords me time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors!
