Sean Gilley
I am a seasoned business professional with a broad base of experience across industries, geographies and cultures accumulated over 20+ years as a management consultant. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the power of maintaining a ‘can do’ attitude, and the way that my calm, thoughtful approach puts people at ease – allowing me to create an unforgettable experience for my clients.
As a consultant, I often fell into the role of teacher and facilitator. I would often be asked to analyze complex situations and help my clients understand the key issues so they could make better decisions. As a mortgage professional, I see many of the same opportunities to educate and inform my clients – the mortgage business doesn’t need to be complicated, but it does require a deliberate approach that focuses on helping each client understand their key decision points along the way.
I was born in England, grew up in the Midwest and South, and found my way from Washington DC to Denver in 1999 thanks to my wife, a Colorado native. Together with our three children, we moved to east Africa in 2016 to help build a socially conscious consulting firm focused on helping businesses across the region. A bit more than three years later, we have returned home with a new addition to our family (a very friendly Rhodesion Ridgeback) and are continuing to live consciously in one of the greatest states in the Union.
